Steel & Glass installation has never been easier with the hydraulic luffing flyjib on the crane, allowing an up-and-over capability and an option to lift 15 degress negative to the main boom. Choosing to lift with the winch allows the hook to descend down far below the crane, whereas the adjustable manual jib extension, often refered to as a searcher hook, can be used to lift where there is limited head room.
High rise construction sites has never seen a crane with 3t capacity and 16m reach transported up the goods lift until now.
With the cranes ability to remove it own counterweight without needing any other machines to assist, reducing its own weight to 2 tonnes, it can be transport up the building using the internal builders lift or external hoist.
Once transported up the building, can reinstall its counterweight and have full 3t capacity. This is particulary useful when the tower crane has been disasembled but there is still remaining works to complete.
The compact body of the crane (760mm) with a high lift capacity allowes access where other cranes cant go, with completely variable outriggers, the machine can be driven into any location and outriggers extended to where they best fit.
The outriggers include folding legs, enabling them to be setup both underneath or above obsticles in tight spaces, or on uneven terrain allowing setup with a height difference of up to two metres.
The Tracked Carrier & Crane combined allow for material to be transported long distances in isolated, uneven or hard to access areas to be installed at its final installation area, and can even be completed in reverse, dis-assembling with the crane and transporting the load out on the tracked carrier, particulary useful in areas with no vehicular access.
